Notes

Flax Egg recipe
A flax egg is a vegan substitute for eggs that is made from ground flaxseeds and water. It is commonly used in baking as a binding agent and can be used in place of eggs in many recipes, including cakes, cookies, and bread. To make a flax egg, simply combine one tablespoon of ground flaxseeds with three tablespoons of water and let it sit for five minutes until it becomes thick and gelatinous. This mixture can then be added to the recipe in place of eggs, typically one flax egg for every egg called for in the recipe. Flax eggs are a great vegan alternative to traditional eggs, as they are high in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, and they can also be used in recipes where the flavor of eggs is not a key component.
